VASSA´s light mineral oil line for the formulation of heat dried printing ink "Heat- Set" is made up of hydrogenated oils, with high or medium aniline point and a wide range of distillation fractions, to satisfy the different requirements for solvents in industry.

The products VASSA™ 47 and VASSA™ 52 offer a level of solvency rarely seen in saturated hydrocarbons, due to the mainly naphthenic nature of these products. Also, their low aromatic content assures their use as biodegradable and low toxicity products.

The above mentioned properties are important when the production or printing process requires safe solvents and no health impact.

The use of VASSA™ 470 y VASSA™ 520 is recommended for the formulation of printing inks when resin requires high solvency oils.

These Oils are ideal for the formulation of heat dried inks "Heat- Set", where no high solvency oils are required.
